Histotechnologist Lead

Inova Central Lab is seeking a dedicated Histotechnologist Lead to join their team on a full-time day shift schedule. This role involves evaluating and solving problems related to surgical specimen processing, preparing and staining cytology specimens, and utilizing a microtome to produce high-quality slides. The position also requires developing new laboratory techniques, performing quality control, and identifying quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal laboratory operations.
