Histotechnologist

This part-time, per diem role involves receiving and accurately processing surgical, diagnostic tissue, and body fluid specimens from various hospital departments and physician offices. The position requires ensuring the quality and integrity of specimens throughout the entire processing workflow. Responsibilities include accessioning, processing, embedding, microtomy, special stains, IHC, cytology processing, and assisting with FNA collection.
