HIV/AIDS Data Quality Consultant

The HIV/AIDS Data Quality Consultant supports statewide HIV surveillance by maintaining accurate data within the electronic HIV/AIDS Reporting System (eHARS) and the NC Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NC EDSS). The role evaluates reporting workflows, identifies cases requiring regional follow-up, and serves as the primary contact for Pediatric HIV surveillance activities. This position ensures rapid turnaround of information to support timely field investigations and provides technical expertise on data submissions and system integration.
