HOA Accounting Manager

The HOA Accounting Manager leads a team of up to four accounting professionals responsible for consolidating financial results of 30 Homeowner Associations, overseeing month‑end close, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP. The role partners with FP&A and operational leaders to provide variance analysis, budgeting support, and strategic financial insights, while driving process improvements and ensuring governance and audit readiness.
