Hole Drill Manufacturing Engineer (Onsite)

This role is for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer at Pratt & Whitney to provide technical ownership of laser hole drill and airflow processes within a unionized aerospace manufacturing environment. The candidate will drive process development, sustainment, and continuous improvement by defining parameters, implementing quality controls, and collaborating with operations leadership to enhance manufacturing capability and reduce scrap. Essential duties include supporting new product introductions, conducting root cause analysis, and optimizing processes using statistical tools and advanced engineering methodologies.
