The Holiday Experience Coordinator leads The Grand America Hotel's signature holiday tradition, the Holiday Window Stroll, by hiring, training, and managing a team of Holiday Hosts. This role involves overseeing the entire seasonal operation, from pre-season preparation through the final night, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards. The Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, coaching, and supporting the team while coordinating with various hotel departments to deliver a magical and safe experience for all guests.
