The Home Administrator will support the Home Manager with all administrative functions at Eastridge Manor, ensuring smooth operations, handling correspondence, managing resident records, payroll, HR information, and rota administration. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and in‑house systems.
