About this role
The Home Base Patient Service Coordinator supports a clinical program serving Veterans, Service Members, and military families as part of Mass General Brigham. The role is the primary patient-facing administrative position responsible for creating a positive welcome and check-in experience while supporting scheduling and practice operations. The PSC works within a team to enable efficient patient flow and may assist on special projects as needed.
