Home Base Programs Manager

This role plans, leads, and manages the day-to-day operations of Home Base Programs for at-risk youth, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. The position involves overseeing a team of workers, facilitating innovative programming, and fostering a culture of inclusion and community capacity building. Reporting to the Manager of Youth HUB, the incumbent is responsible for staff supervision, program development, and financial monitoring.
