About this role
Mass General Brigham's Home Base program is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support the Special Operations Team, providing mental health services and care coordination for Veterans, Service Members, and military families. The role serves as a point of contact for Special Operations Forces referrals, supports admissions and triage, and contributes to interdisciplinary, patient-centered care. Occasional weekend coverage and cross-coverage of other clinical operations may be required.
