The Home-Based Services Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for evaluating, creating, and implementing ABA therapy plans within a client's home environment. This role involves conducting assessments, maintaining comprehensive therapy plans, and providing supervision and training to families and staff. The position may include telehealth or remote client supervision and parent consultation for up to 50% of services, with the remainder delivered directly in the home.
