Home Care Administrator

This role provides administrative supervision to clients and staff at Springmoor Home Care, ensuring quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective staff coordination. The position involves maintaining accurate medical records, overseeing caregiver recruitment and training, and collaborating with allied health providers to coordinate services. The Home Care Administrator also serves as Acting Administrator in the absence of the Community Services Director and ensures compliance with agency policies and infection control standards.
