Home Care Assistant

The Home Care Assistant works under the direction of the RN Assessor and Home Care Supervisor to assist seniors and disabled clients with tasks outlined in their care plans. This position involves performing in-home services, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to all policies and state training requirements. The role requires physical ability, reliable transportation, and current certification as a Personal Care Aide or Certified Nurse's Aide.
