About this role
A Home Care Worker with St Vincent's Virtual & Home (Community) team provides in-home care to support clients to remain independent, supported and empowered within their communities. The casual role covers delivering personal care, daily living assistance, social outings, transport and in-home respite following care plans. Strong availability and flexibility for weekday morning and afternoon shifts is required.
