About this role
The Hospice Home Care Nurse provides compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing and supportive care for terminally ill patients and their families in home and facility settings. The role supports assessment, care planning, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and quality end-of-life care. The position reports to the Team Manager and requires Maryland RN licensure and clinical nursing experience.
