Home Finding Coordinator (ORR) (Bilingual Spanish)

The Home Finding Coordinator ensures that every youth in transitional care has a safe, healthy, and nurturing foster home while strictly following all agency, city, state, and federal regulations. The role involves providing training and guidance to foster families, maintaining complete and audit-ready case files, and serving as the primary point of contact for foster parents.
