About this role
A Home Health Aide on the Hospice team providing in-home and facility-based supportive care to patients across Tuscarawas County and nearby counties. This part-time, day-shift role is based in Dover (Union Hospital) and involves travel to patients' homes, nursing facilities, and assisted living centers. The position works Monday–Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm with no weekend or holiday requirements.
