About this role
Home Health Aide who provides personal care and expanded scope task activities to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse and supervision of a Rehabilitation Therapist. Works within a residential healthcare facility (UHS Senior Living at Ideal) and reports to the Home Health Aide Supervisor and assigned RN. This is a part-time, evening-rotational role (20 hours/week).

Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED and Home Health Aide Program Completion
- Current HHA Certification
