The Home Health Care Navigator is a field-based representative of Otterbein SeniorLife’s Home Health ministry serving assigned Ohio communities. The role supports Otterbein’s mission-driven, person-centered senior care within a nonprofit, faith-based organization and works with internal teams and external partners to facilitate access to skilled home health services. This is a full-time position focused on community presence and partnership development.
