About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist (PT) to provide home health visits within senior living communities in and around Monroe County, Pennsylvania. The role supports adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis as part of a multidisciplinary care team, with flexible scheduling and daytime hours. Opportunities are available per diem, part-time, or full-time, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.
