About this role
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who provides skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse in a home health setting. The role delivers curative, rehabilitative, palliative, and preventative nursing care, participates in development and evaluation of client care plans, and documents clinical progress in the electronic medical record. The LPN is accountable for nursing decisions within their scope of practice and may perform advanced LPN procedures when permitted by agency policy and state regulations.
