About this role
Provides in-home evaluation and treatment for patients with speech, voice, language, cognitive-communicative, and swallowing disorders. Administers comprehensive speech therapy modalities as prescribed by a physician to improve or restore speech and/or swallowing function while following licensing and organizational policies.

Qualifications
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology

- Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA)
- 1 Year Clinical Experience
- Home Health Experience (Preferred)
- In-Process ASHA Certification (Accepted for Medicare Agencies)
