About this role

A Registered Nurse (Home Infusion) at CVS Health delivers infusion therapies and nursing care in patients’ homes as part of the Coram specialty infusion services. This is a per diem, part-time role (approximately 10–20 hours per week) serving Naperville and surrounding areas with travel throughout an approximate 150-mile radius. The position is primarily field-based with occasional support shifts in an infusion suite and participation in on-call rotations.
