About this role

Always Compassionate Health is seeking experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurses to provide chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other advanced infusion therapies in patients' homes throughout Nassau County. This part-time role requires at least 3–4 years of recent hands-on experience with chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration, along with a current ONS/ONCC certification. The position offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 10 hours per week and competitive compensation based on case complexity.

Responsibilities

Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and biologic therapies in patients' homes
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patients during treatment
Manage central lines, perform IV insertions, and educate patients on care
