About this role

Always Compassionate Health is seeking experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurses to provide chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other advanced infusion therapies in patients' homes across Westchester County and the Hudson Valley. The role requires at least 3-4 years of recent hands-on chemotherapy and immunotherapy experience, along with a current ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate. Nurses will partner with patients, families, and clinical teams to deliver safe, coordinated care from admission through treatment and follow-up.

Responsibilities

Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and biologic therapies in patients' homes
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patients during treatment
Manage central lines, perform IV insertions, and educate patients on care
