About this role
The Home Loan Consultant Program provides a training pathway to becoming a customer-focused Loan Advisor within the Call Center. Participants will assist customers in selecting mortgage options, resolve problems, and ensure a high-quality service experience. Successful candidates will become part of an inside sales team that prioritizes financial solutions and customer satisfaction.
