Home Safety Case Manager

The Home Safety Case Manager is a critical member of the region's child welfare team, working collaboratively within and across programs to ensure a relentless focus on keeping children safe and supporting families. The role involves partnering with families who have an allegation of abuse or neglect and are at risk of having their children removed from the home, using the SAFE model intervention process. The Case Manager will collaborate with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and Child Protective Services (CPS) as part of a care team to support families by ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children by providing in home care, support and supervision.
