Home Safety Case Manager

The Home Safety Case Manager is a critical member of the region's child welfare team, working collaboratively to ensure child safety and support families by providing in-home care, supervision, and safety services. The role involves partnering with families at risk of having their children removed, developing and managing in-home Impending Danger plans, and collaborating with Child Protective Services (CPS) and other safety service providers. The position requires building trusting relationships with families, monitoring household conditions, and providing support to help caregivers modify behaviors and manage crises.
