Home Visitor

This role provides high-quality home visiting services to vulnerable and high-risk families in accordance with the Healthy Families America model. The position focuses on strengthening parent-child relationships, improving family functioning, and ensuring model fidelity through ongoing partnerships with families and community resources. The Home Visitor also assists with facilitating groups, community outreach, and maintaining required contractual guidelines.
