Home Visitor

The Home Visitor works with families using a strength-based and solution-focused approach to promote positive parent-child relationships, support healthy childhood growth and development, and connect families with community resources. The role involves initiating and maintaining regular connections through family-centered home visiting, utilizing an evidence-informed curriculum to support positive parent-child interactions. The position functions as part of an inter-disciplinary team within the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority's Families First Program.
