Homebuyer Program Manager

The Homebuyer Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operations, quality, and performance of the homebuyer program, supervising housing counselors and the Intake Coordinator. This role manages the front-end client pathway, including intake oversight, underwriting readiness assessments, and client assignment into defined pathways. The position serves as the primary decision-maker for client entry and progression while ensuring compliance with HUD standards and organizational policies.
