Homeless Prevention Officer

The role involves managing a caseload of homelessness prevention and relief cases, conducting housing options interviews and support needs assessments, and making statutory homelessness decisions. The officer will develop personalised housing plans, liaise with landlords and support agencies, and deliver a trauma-informed, customer-focused service using the JIGSAW system.
