Homeless Services, Coordinated Entry System Training and Instructional Design Specialist

ICF is seeking an experienced professional to develop and deliver high-quality training and capacity-building resources for a Coordinated Entry System (CES) within a large Continuum of Care. The role involves creating engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences using adult-learning principles and instructional-design best practices. The specialist will collaborate with CES leadership and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with current policy priorities, operating procedures, and system functionality.
