Homeless Services LPN and Phlebotomist

The position involves preparing patients for clinical visits, performing point-of-care testing, collecting specimens, and managing clinical documentation and equipment maintenance. The role is part of a multidisciplinary team delivering low-threshold medical care to individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use, and complex psychiatric conditions.
