Homelessness Worker – Housing Pathways Program (Courts)

As a Homelessness Worker for The Salvation Army's Housing Pathways Program, you will provide intensive, client-centered support to individuals exiting court processes who face homelessness. Working onsite in Coburg North, you will assess housing needs, connect clients to supportive services, and deliver trauma-informed case management within a justice-aware framework. This fixed-term, full-time role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders to stabilize housing and address complex intersecting needs like family violence and mental health.
