The Homeowner Services Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners at Beaver Run Resort, facilitating a broad range of services including unit arrival inspections, maintenance coordination, and owner onboarding. This role acts as a liaison between homeowners, the HOA, and resort staff to ensure a positive and homeowner-centric experience. The position involves daily unit inspections, managing owner communications, and assisting with reservations and property management tasks.
