Horticulture Supervisor

This position provides day-to-day leadership and supervision to horticultural staff, volunteers, and interns while maintaining the organization's plant collection, irrigation, and pond systems. The role involves planning and coordinating garden projects, conducting regular inspections for plant health, and overseeing equipment maintenance and safety protocols. Additionally, the supervisor assists with educational programming, special events, and the hiring and onboarding of display horticulture staff.
