Horticulture

This role involves leading a team of employees, volunteers, and interns to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient completion of garden-related projects at Colonial Williamsburg. The position requires managing horticultural best practices, including the cultivation and maintenance of various plants, as well as operating large equipment and ensuring workplace safety. The incumbent will also conduct research on 18th-century gardening methods and interact with visitors and other departments to support special events and programs.
