About this role
The Hospice Admissions Nurse is a clinical liaison who facilitates entry into Gilchrist Hospice Care for patients in their home or hospital settings and helps ensure a smooth transition to hospice services. The role also serves as an ambassador for Gilchrist Hospice Care within the service area. The Weekend Weekender option features two 12-hour weekend shifts with an eight-hour bonus and eligibility for full-time benefits.
