About this role
The Hospice Care Assistant (PRN) provides compassionate, in-home support to patients in the final stages of life and their families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and respect. The role supports the clinical team and reports to the Director of Clinical Services, serving patients on the south side of Indianapolis (Greenwood/Franklin area). This is an as‑needed position with access to limited benefits such as a 401(k) match.
