About this role
Provides personal care and basic clinical assistance to hospice patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following the Hospice Aide Plan of Care. Works with patients and families in home or facility settings to support comfort, hygiene, mobility, and daily living needs while documenting observations and communicating changes to nursing staff.
