Hospice Aide

The Hospice Aide provides essential personal care and home maintenance services to hospice patients and their families, primarily under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician. This full-time role involves making scheduled visits, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring effective communication with the Interdisciplinary Team to support patient well-being. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work calmly in high-stress situations while adhering to healthcare standards and regulations.
