Hospice Chaplain

The Hospice Chaplain provides spiritual, emotional, and bereavement support to patients, families, and staff within an interdisciplinary hospice team. This role involves assessing spiritual needs, offering counseling and religious services, and maintaining community relationships to ensure compassionate end-of-life care. The position requires flexibility to work in various settings, including patients' homes and facilities, with a schedule of at least 8 hours per week.
