HIA Health
This role provides skilled nursing care and supportive services to hospice patients during non-business hours, including evening and night shifts. The position involves triaging patient calls, delivering care according to individualized plans, and supporting families during actively dying and death visits. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts from 5 PM to 8 AM, seven days on followed by seven days off.
