Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

The Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct client care and case management to an assigned caseload in the home setting, developing and implementing plans of care in accordance with physician orders. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate documentation, communicating with the multidisciplinary team, and utilizing community resources to achieve patient care goals efficiently. The position requires a flexible, family-oriented professional comfortable with death and terminal illness, working 37.5 hours per week with occasional weekend and on-call requirements.
