About this role

The Hospice Response Team Coordinator is an administrative clinical role that supports patient care needs and staff while coordinating interdisciplinary team activities across multiple care settings. The position directs staffing, hiring, orientation, and workflow operations during and outside regular business hours to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance. The coordinator also supports clinical management functions and participates in quality improvement and policy development.
