Hospice Sales Representative

The Hospice Sales Representative will develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, community partners, patients, and families across Horry and Georgetown Counties to increase awareness of hospice services and support appropriate referrals. The role involves independent field work, relationship building, and collaboration with a mission-driven hospice organization.
