About this role
A State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) position providing hospice support for patients in their homes on the West Side of Cleveland. The role is part of Traditions Health’s growing Hospice Team and will transition to employment with The Care Team effective January 1, 2026. The STNA works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse and is part of a multidisciplinary hospice organization focused on in-home end-of-life care.
