About this role
Capital Health is recruiting Hospital At Home team members — including bedside Registered Nurses, Command Center RNs, and Equipment Technicians — to support delivery of hospital-level acute care in patients' homes and via a centralized command center. The roles enable the system’s Hospital at Home program to provide continuous clinical monitoring, remote assessment, and equipment support for patients receiving care outside the hospital setting.
