Hospitalist APP

The Hospitalist APP provides comprehensive inpatient medical care to hospitalized patients, including those with substance use disorders, under the direction of attending physicians. This role involves clinical assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, and patient communication to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuity of care. The position supports the Hospital Medicine team by managing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges while collaborating on evidence-based treatment plans.
